    We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the employment of new employees.

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
    • Advise business executives on strategic planning and human resources development.
    • Design and implement job analysis and design processes.
    • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
    • Maintain a positive work culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
    • Process payroll and update workplace policies as needed.
    • Implement performance appraisals and manage compensation packages.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, talent management expertise and decision-making abilities. They should also have strong analytical skills, relationship-building skills and a proven track record in recruitment.

    We offer a competitive salary of approximately **₹12,00,000** per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
