    Muses Consulting Studio is the premier marketplace for student services, facilitating partnerships between student groups and companies. Our past expertise ranges from content creation, marketing- campaigns, campus ambassadorship, and product development to data engineering, software development, user testing, market research, and analytics.

    Muses has a history of successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Amazon Studios, Warner Brothers, McDonald's, and Doordash, as well as numerous innovative startups, many of which boast backing from prestigious accelerators like Y Combinator (YC) and Techstars.

    We're on the hunt for someone who understands what makes the youth, the Muses of the future, and the clients that can partner with them, tick. Think of somebody caffeinated and wide-eyed who is ready to work very very VERY hard.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    As an Account Manager at Muses, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

    • Business Development: Prospect and cold-call potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish rapport. Identify and pursue new clients to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client contracts, inquiries, requests, and escalations. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Account Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal university teams,, to align strategies and deliver value to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
    • Client Communication and Engagement: Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings to provide updates on project status, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Coordinate client meetings and presentations to review progress, discuss strategy, and gather feedback. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded by delivering high-quality service and solutions.
    • Issue Resolution and Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the client relationship. Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on account performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Forecast revenue projections and track progress against targets.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in relevant area of study.
    • Experience in account management, business development, or related roles and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Note: Please note that this position requires availability primarily during EST and PST hours, which falls in the timeframe of 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST. We request that only candidates who can work within these specified hours apply. This role is entirely remote.
