    Description

    Assist Client Technology Partners in solving customer data transfer issues. Contribute to the identification and resolution of assigned client data issues.

  • Understand the standard and client-specific clinical technology data flows.

  • Operate within the corporate quality guidelines assigned to you.
    Issue Management
  • Under the guidance of a Client Technology Partner identify and work to resolve client-related data concerns.
  • Analyze study error logs to understand client issues.
  • Review XML files for first-pass review of errors.
  • Work with upstream data sources to correct errors.
  • Provide Client Technology Partner with resolution identification and plan to resolve issues.
  • Work with operations, Data & Technology, and clients to understand data requirement specifications.
    Additional accountabilities
  • Collecting information, analyzing the data, and preparing reports.
  • Draw specific insights through performing data analysis.Skills:
  • Ability to resolve assigned data issues that include ensuring the source of the data issue is resolved within an agreed timeline.
  • Ability to learn technology applications used in clinical trials.
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
  • Ability to identify systemic issues with data and data integrations.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • High-quality interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with fluency in English.Knowledge and Experience:
  • Knowledge of software applications used in clinical trials preferred.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical documentation and deliver clear presentations to peers.
  • 0-2 years of exposure to clinical research systems preferred.Education:
  • B.S in life science, Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
