The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the PB Emerging Markets Performance Management/COO team in Singapore; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai

Essential Job Functions:
Create and maintain performance management analyses and metrics to support the Relationship Managers and Business ManagersModify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plansIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsRun Presentation decks for ManagementBusiness Review Meeting preparations (Balance scorecards/KPI), following up on action items, coordinating and consolidating delivery of meeting materials, circulation of decks before meetingReporting of Weekly pipeline, flash/estimates, monthly forecast of revenue/flows/cost etcOther Ad-hocs/Business Insights tasks as necessaryCreate and maintain a customer analytic tool to forecast sales trends by productsProject can be with specific focus or could have global background

Your Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Banking products and performance management of BanksExperience in creating financial models & predictive tools analyticsExperience in business finance support and monitoring data to analyze financial statusNeed to have knowledge and experience in advanced excel, access database, Python/SQL and macro buildingAptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messagesGood working knowledge of PowerPoint presentationsAbility to constructively challenge senior colleaguesVery Good Excel working knowledgeStrong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
