ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, building and updating financial models analyzing the economic merits and risks associated with potential transactionsCollaborating with executive management, business development, delivery and enabling function professionals within the company to develop appropriate assumptions for financial modelsLead and/or support due diligence processes for M&A transactionsCreate presentations for review of potential transactions and other internal documents for reporting to executive management, the Board of Directors and private equity sponsorsMaintain databases of potential targets and investment bankers to ensure they are current
Required Skills4 – 6 years of M&A experience, with a specific record of accomplishment of buyside deals, including coordinating due diligence and financial modelingAbility to understand business model drivers and identify potential risks/problem areasMust possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracyExcellent financial modeling skills using Excel with substantive experience developing and managing complex modelsFamiliarity with M&A processes, documentation and artifactsStrong organizational skills, with an ability to manage projects with multiple internal and external participants, and multi-task without losing track of various workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problemsStrong interpersonal skills with the desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive dutiesProclivity for upholding the highest standards of integrity and ability to use discretion in handling confidential informationWillingness to maintain a schedule that has sufficient overlap with U.S.
