Purpose of the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a very important role in:
•
Ensuring Kellanova's brand representations online are accurate & on-strategy; and optimized for search and conversion across all ecommerce channels where our products are sold.
•
Directly impacting the growth trajectory of e-commerce India and contribute to building a world-class organization.
•
Tabulating performance trends across platforms, categories and drawing key insights to continually improve return on ad spends
Working Relationships
•
Agencies for Performance Marketing, Dashboarding and Content
•
Platform Media Partners: to drive brand, channel and company objectives
•
Digital manager to drive full funnel activations
•
Brand and Category managers to regularly fine tune brand strat implementation
•
Key Account Managers on platform strategies and executions
A Taste of What You'll be doing
•
Develop and execute the annual performance marketing strategic plan broken down by media type x brand x platform and review this monthly
•
Fulfill brand objectives across platforms through accurate cohort designing for each media type across the funnel
•
Exhibit a strong command over agency partners while ensuring mutually stated annual, quarter and month objectives are met through a robust review process
•
Build a sustainable innovation launch model that can be used to rapidly and sustainably scale new launches
•
Supervise teams responsible for the brands' representation on the Digital shelf including product page content, search and banner ads
•
Liaise with internal team members regarding the day-to-day management of the campaigns & content
•
Working cross-functionally with finance teams to ensure timely issuance of Purchase orders and payments to maintain financial hygiene
Your Recipe for Success
•
Bachelors degree with at least 6 - 8 years of total experience and years of e-commerce performance marketing experience.
•
Must have brand side experience
•
CPG industry experience preferred
•
Key Account Management (sales) experience preferred
•
The ability to influence others and drive ideas through to action
•
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and demonstrated project management experience from media/CPG industries
•
Energy and passion, a self-starter who is willing to operate at highly strategic as well as very tactical levels given the start-up nature of the business
