Role Description

• Manage all aspects of wastewater and sewage water treatment projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Specialize in the planning, construction, and commissioning of mid-sized Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and sewerage projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Expert in project estimation and management, accurately forecasting project costs and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Lead project teams effectively, providing clear guidance and direction to team members to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate closely with government agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance closely, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during project execution.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, budget analyses, and risk assessments to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle, prioritizing safety and environmental compliance.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to enhance project success and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project teams effectively, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and the achievement of project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project goals and requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed.
• Implement robust risk management strategies, actively monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation measures to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in STP/WTP project management for rural & urban areas.
• Proficiency in expediting and inspection processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or related field
