    We are actively searching for a seasoned and dynamic Workday Talent & Compensation Lead to join our esteemed Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our Workday Talent Management and Compensation modules. As a senior leader, you will not only be instrumental in overseeing these critical aspects but will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on ensuring a harmonious alignment with business objectives and delivering a seamless, efficient Workday experience. Your contributions will extend to shaping outcomes that significantly impact the effectiveness of our talent and compensation strategies, ultimately enhancing the overall success of our organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    The Workday Talent & Compensation Lead:

    • Lead the design and implementation of Workday Talent and Compensation modules, including Goals, Performance, Compensation Review, and other Year-End processes.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive Year-End strategy within the Workday platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Utilize Workday reporting tools to conduct data analysis, providing insights into talent and compensation metrics.
    • Oversee the integration of talent and compensation modules with other Workday components and external systems.
    • Collaborate with HR, business leaders and key stakeholders to understand talent and compensation requirements, ensuring effective Workday solutions.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Talent and Compensation modules, ensuring optimal utilization.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in talent and compensation processes, staying informed about Workday updates and industry best practices.
    • Ensure that talent and compensation processes within Workday comply with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
    • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues related to talent and compensation processes, collaborating with support teams for resolution.
    • Manage relationships with Workday and other relevant vendors to optimize talent and compensation solutions.

    What we are looking for:

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing and managing Workday Talent Management and Compensation modules.
    • Strong skills in designing and implementing talent management strategies within the Workday framework.
    • Experience in developing and executing compensation strategies using Workday Compensation modules.
    • Proficient in using Workday reporting tools for data analysis and generating actionable insights.
    • Understanding of integration processes, especially related to talent and compensation modules within Workday.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Relevant certifications in Workday Talent Management and Compensation modules.
    • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope and budget.
    • Previous experience in providing training and support to end-users on Workday Talent and Compensation modules
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the latest updates and enhancements in Workday.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the improvement of talent and compensation processes.
    • Experience in managing talent and compensation processes in a global organizational context.
