    RoleScope:SalesAssociates primary responsibility is selling of highend
    hair care & Nailcare products in the Salon professionalchannel. The role primarily involves delivery of sales numbersthrough planning & execution of trade plans &technical selling of the products to thesalons.


    MajorResponsibilities:

    Visiting salon daily as per coverageplan. Planning ofeducation training in salon to build themarket.

    Deliveringsales targetsRelationship management with the existing salons/ clients and withdistributor for managing relevantclaimsIdentification and conversion of new accounts / clients intocompany SalonsShare secondary sales reports on timelybasis Plan& execute trade initiatives in the territory and salonvisuals beat plansetc Customer issuesor objectionhandling
    Skills:Basic analyticalskills Excellentcommunication skills verbal &written Planning& followingthrough Negotiationskills CustomerOrientation BasicMS Excel skills
    Experience:
    Minimum 6 Months3 years of Salesexperience

    EducationQualification:

    Minimumbachelor s degree level from any recognized University in IndiawithMinimum 1 yearexperience. MBA fresher s alsopreferred.
