    Jobdescription: PlantHRJob LocationKrishnagiri (SimpleenergyFactory)
    Youwill:
    1. Activelylead and motivate people and promote unity to meet the commonobjective of the companysgoals
    2. Maintain clearaudit trail of all related documents i.e. KYC documents for eachemployee Personnel folders for each employee Attendance payrollgeneration from the HRMs system Bank payouts Monthly payrollreconciliationetc
    3. Responsible for aclear communication process withinfactory.
    4. Implementationof Code ofConduct
    5. Smoothimplementation of all HRPolicies
    6. Optimizeresources and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information system)manage complete employee life cycle and ensure fair &transparent performance appraisals vide setting up KPIs for allemployees
    7. To ensurestatutory compliances (PF ESI Labour Department records Bonus& Gratuity payments & records); attendancemanagement; payroll management including minimum wages overtimepayments &others.
    8. To ensureEmployment / Labour contracts for all employees issue timely meritincrements letters Job Descriptions for all positions /employees
    9. Identify thetalent pool training needs of employees and training schedulesadherence
    10. Facilitatethe completion of Factory Inspectorsaudits.
    11. Facilitateconcluding employee related issues and manage labour unrest ifany.
    12. To ensure timelyrenewals of all required permits & licenses from thestatutory bodies for factory Optimize contribution of all staffthrough performance management andcoaching.

    Youmust have:
    1. Managethe entire life cycle of employees including but not limited totalent acquisition and talent management employee engagementlearning and development attendance management attrition managementand exitprocess.
    2. Ensure thatthe manpower needs of the organization are met in time by usingdiverse sources of recruitment and having the job description andKRAs for each position clearlydefined.
    3. Maintainharmonial industrial relations with union and play an active rolein negotiationprocess.
    4. Ensurecompliance of all necessary statutes and regulations throughliaisoning with various government authorities labor consultantsand advocates for IR and court relatedmatters.
    5. Formulate andimplement a robust performance management system that establishes aclear linkage between performance and rewards and that theperformance appraisal process across the level at Plant iscompleted intime.
    6. Identifytraining needs of employees at plant through mapping of skillsrequired for each position and organize internal/external and onjob training programs for improving productivity buildingcapability and qualityenhancement.
