Job Overview :
The candidate should be versatile in competences like Business communication, Reporting, teammgmt.

As we work in smaller groups; having these competences along with core testing capability ofworking on Enterprise level Web and App and some automaton will be the best match.

Experience in handling team of around 10 membersWork with project management, project lead, and the testing team in prioritizing test casesDevelop and implement test plansUnderstand requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projectsDesign, develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on requirementsDesign, develop, execute, and maintain regression and user interface automated test suites based on requirementsWrite, Review and refine test casesPerform regression testing, system testing, backend (database)Record defects in the defect tracking systemEscalate issues in the application to the development teamAssist the team in creating reports to communicate results of the testing activitiesConduct test data analysis and identify improvement opportunitiesMaintain latest technical/functional/managerial skills (as appropriate) required based on the company's technical strategiesFollow the company's policies and processesExperience with Issue/Defect tracking toolsAbility to work on multiple deliveries concurrentlyUnderstanding of the various Software Development Life Cycle and testing methodologies and Agile processUnderstanding of relational databases and SQLAbility to learn complex software applications quicklyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCreative, self-motivated and a detail-oriented personality with a passion for qualityFormal training or certification in software testing a plus
