    Role Description

    We are seeking a full-time Paid Media Executive to join our team in Mumbai. As a Paid Media Executive, you will work on-site with our team to develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing campaign performance and optimizing them to achieve maximum ROI.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 1+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms
    • Proficiency in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Experience in A/B testing, campaign tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Solid understanding of SEM principles
