    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Professional Skills Expert to join our team.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Should possess a penchant for helping our students develop essential communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
    • Will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at improving various professional skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem solving, and emotional intelligence.
    • Should possess excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
    • Should be adept at using modern technology and innovative teaching methods.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Be up-to-date on the industry trends/changes, and the skills needed by students to succeed.
    • Conceive, design, and develop engaging learning curriculum and materials for the identified professional skills.
    • Deliver effective training sessions in physical, virtual, and hybrid modes using the latest and creative teaching methodologies.
    • Facilitate learning programs with experiential learning methods to maximize the application of professional skills by the students.
    • Employ the right assessment methods to evaluate the student performance.
    • Provide continuous feedback and mentoring to the students for their development.
    • Collaborate with experts internally and externally to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
    • Manage, record, and track the training programs accurately.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Technology, or related fields. Master's degree preferred. Certifications in the relevant areas would be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as a professional skills educator in academics or corporate, with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong knowledge of various professional skill areas such as communications, leadership, innovation, creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, leadership, networking, organization, and collaboration skills. Adept at instructional design, technology for teaching, and adult learning methods.
    • Be self-motivated, with an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment, independently and collaboratively, with dynamic priorities and deadlines.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed.
