    Job Title:

    International Sales and Marketing InternJob Description:


    As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility is to independently handle all aspects of the sales process, from identifying potential customers to closing deals.

    You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and ultimately converting them into customers.

    Key Responsibilities:1.

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:


    Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.


    Engagement and Communication:
    Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and build relationships.


    • Closing Sales
    :

    Present product/service offerings to prospects, address any concerns or objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and ultimately close sales deals independently.


    Follow-up:


    Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses to inquiries, provide additional information as needed, and maintain regular communication to keep leads engaged throughout the sales process.


    Scheduling Meetings:
    Coordinate with potential clients to schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or presentations independently.


    Tracking and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead status, communication history, and sales pipeline updates. Provide regular reports on sales progress and performance metrics to the sales manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (e.g., Freshsales).
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.-Spend atleast 06 Hours a day (Monday to Friday)

    Pay and Benefits:
    Compensation: 10% commission on each deal Incentives(minimum earnings of ₹5000)Payment subject to Terms & Conditions)Tenure -3 Months (Minimum) to 4 Months(maximum)Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion: Based on performance during the internship, there is a potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role with the company

    Internship Certificate:
    Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation and achievements
