- Comprehensive understanding of Organic and Paid Social Media platforms. We will ask for case studies, proven track records, and scenario-specific questions.
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience. At least 2 years managing a Team (within total work experience)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as content auditing will be required.
- Prior experience with Ad campaign development, sales conversion funnels, and social media lead generation.
- Experience using a social media content scheduler.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and an added advantage if Google Ads are also known.
- Develop a social media strategy for clients.
- Create original content and monthly deck ideations.
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on new social media trends and create ideas for implementing various social media activities.
- Develop a well-thought-out social media content calendar for clients, setting goals to increase brand awareness and engagement through Organic & Paid channels.
- Maintain our social media editorial calendar by working closely with other members of the social media team to research, direct the content writer, audit, and publish social content.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn – Organic & Paid. An advantage is having managed Google Ads previously or currently.
- Monitor and report on performance using social marketing tools and derive data from Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to create engaging social media posts and content.
- Campaign Management & Branding - Ideation to Implementation.
- Participate in social groups to increase brand awareness.
- Bring fresh ideas and strategies, and stay updated on Social Media Trends.
- Candidates with a graduate degree in Mass Media and Communications or related fields are preferred.
- Candidates with 4-5 years of work experience will be preferred.
