- Implement sales strategy effectively and able to manage customer expectations from a long-term perspective
- Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, and sales process.
- Able to own and analyze assigned new business segments and opportunities independently
- To coordinate with the technical service team on new product development, application development etc.,
- Manage assigned customers for fumed silica in Pharmaceuticals, coatings, inks, adhesives, batteries, UPR, paints and other industrial segments.
- Good in dealer management and should have handled minimum 3 to 4 dealers.
- Good understanding on technical aspects of products while selling.
- Owns the customer interface with assigned customer portfolio as well as new customers within the value chain.
- Achieve/exceed sales objectives of volume, revenue & profit through value added selling.
- Develop and maintain strategy for key accounts, through deep understanding of customer value chain and their long-term development plan and competence.
- Understands the fumed silica value chain and communicates timely feedback to the commercial leadership team about competition and market price update, industry segment trends etc.
- Successfully negotiate, implement and secure current and new business opportunities.
- Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues and meet/exceed the annual operating plan targets.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships at various management levels and throughout new and existing customer organizations.
- Understand and analyze the competitor activity in the region. Keep inform the management on the same.
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Chemical Sales Experience
