Opening for Client serving Manager with MNC Based Digital Marketing CompanyLocation:
Roles & Responsibilities:
A minimum of 7 years' experience, preferably in a digital marketing agencyProven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role, ideally in a digital agency setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and digital production processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Hands on knowledge of all Digital channels:
Web, Social Media, PPC, SEO, etc.
