    Job title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Relation Executive

    Minimum Experience: 1-3 Years experience in Voice Process

    Gender : Female only

    Age Limit : 21 Years to 32 Years

    Communication: Fluency in English with additional language Tamil/ Telugu / Kannada.

    Preferred Industry : Banking, NBFC, Mutual Fund, Domestic BPO company, Insurance is preferred

    Job Role :

    Looking for a passionate and experienced individual with Preferably personal loan products

    selling experience to join us as a Customer Support Executive with good interpersonal and

    convincing skills and an understanding of the products and services

    Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.

    Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

    Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

    Responsible for the closure of sales and completing the assignments.

    Required Skills:

    Proven experience as Customer / Customer Relation or relevant role.

    Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;

    Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems;

    Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust amongst

    colleagues;

    High sense of accountability and proactive work style;
