    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with the company's objectives.

    2. Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels such as email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns

    3. Stay updated with industry trends and developments in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing tools, platforms, and practices.

    4. Plan and execute performance-based campaigns across multiple digital channels such as PPC (Pay-Per-Click), paid social, display, and affiliate marketing, Amazon seller central and Flipkart etc.

    5. Monitor and analyze metrics across platforms to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

    6. Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets.

    7. Test and optimize ads and targeting strategies to increase conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

    8. Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

    9. Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.

    10. Maintain a digital dashboard of several different accounts.

    Eligibility:

    1. 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

    2. Proven experience of handling big-budget digital lead generation / sales campaigns

    3. Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixels.

    4. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns

    5. Familiarity with web design and content management systems.

    6. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

    7. Knowledge of ad serving tools for programmatic advertising will be an added advantage.

    8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    9. Bachelors' degree in any stream.
