    Job Responsibilities:

    Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments such as LC, and Prep.HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV, and Spectrophotometer instruments.

    Doing the periodical audits to maintain all lab equipment with zero downtime.

    Conduct investigations into equipment failures and find solutions to specific issues.

    Develop and implement instrument maintenance schedules, SOPs, and calibration protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Maintain a comprehensive inventory sheet of instruments.

    The documentation of instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.

    Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical instrumentation and recommend upgrades or new instrument acquisitions when necessary.

    Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new analytical instruments.

    Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for instrument repairs, maintenance, and procurement activities, put in place and adhere to AMCs, and assess the performance of vendors and equipment periodically

    Key Qualifications

    B. E / B.Tech (Instrumentation) with 3-7 years. of relevant experience with CRO space

    Solid working experience of 3-5 years in handling Waters C, and Prep.HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV equipment and instruments.

    Demonstrated capability in handling Agilent, SCIEX, PerkinElmer (Envison) and thermo fisher equipment and instruments.

    Knowledge of maintaining MassLynx, Empower and openlab software

    • Understanding of handling Flash Chromatography system, CAD
