- Ability to confidently communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product and assist in developing strategies, establishing priorities, and leading the roadmap using criteria and requirements defined during research.
- Planning & tracking multiple projects from Design to execution, develops estimation for new projects and other support activities.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Manage the resources allocated to the project with tasks and ensure delivery of project with high quality.
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key clients.
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Build and expand client relationships.
- Proven work experience in product management or business analysis.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and technology trends.
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to clients.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Should have worked for 5-8 years of experience in a reputed firm
- BE/ along with MBA from top tier B-School
