    Job Summary:

    The Sales Manager for Heavy Machinery is responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth in the heavy machinery segment. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
    2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the heavy machinery segment.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
    6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
    7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
    8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy machinery industry.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel as required.
    • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
