This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Dr. Arora's Clinic in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and handle HR-related administrative tasks.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
