    Description

    Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in marketing and business development of laser cutting machines, bending machines, or related sheet metal fabrication equipment/services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate new business opportunities and drive sales for sheet metal laser cutting and bending services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors, especially within MIDC Bhosari and nearby industrial hubs.
    • Identify potential customers in automotive, fabrication, and heavy engineering industries.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare reports for management review.
    • Conduct client visits, attend industrial meets/exhibitions, and strengthen the company's presence in the local market.
    • Support negotiation, pricing discussions, and order closures.
    • Coordinate with internal production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of proven experience in marketing/sales of sheet metal machines or services (laser cutting, bending, fabrication).
    • Strong professional network in MIDC Bhosari and Pune industrial clusters.
    • Basic English communication (spoken & written) and good interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to independently handle client interactions and convert leads into business.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for client development.
