    About the team

    Sales & Boarding (S&B) train supports the sales and boarding systems used by the Merchant Solutions business. We drive change across a number of platforms to improve revenue, aid efficiency, maintain control and enhance customer experience. S&B provides supports to ecommerce solutions in UK and ROI region and have plans to expand beyond.

    We are working on new boarding workflow with goal of "10 mins onbaording".

    As part of new boarding workflow teams are going to enhance boarding workflow efficiency like, "Boarding Gateway" will provide a common entry point for all the Sales cahnnels and Third party services into boarding workflow.

    "Boarding Choreography Service (BCS)" will automate the end-to-end workflow for onboarding merchants to different domains with advanced notification and error tolrance mechanism built-in.


    What you will be doing:

    Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new productsParticipate in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.

    Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
    Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
    Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.

    May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiencesTechnical Skills :3 to 6 years of Expert in Java, JSP, Tomcat, VXML, JavaScriptGood experience in Spring boot and Microservices and IVRIn-depth working knowledge of Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech applications.

    Strong background with NICE CXone implementations, including CRM integrations with external platformsExperience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML and JavaScriptSkilled in testing and debugging of the IVR application.

    Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.

    Having hands-on experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system in a developer roleDesign, develop, deploy, and support constantly evolving IVR based on business requirements.
