Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled L4 Messaging Tower Lead to join our team. As the L4 Messaging Tower Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our messaging infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our messaging systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in messaging technologies, such as Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams. You should be familiar with industry best practices and have the ability to lead a team of messaging professionals. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities :Lead the messaging tower team in designing, implementing, and maintaining our messaging infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute messaging strategies
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our messaging systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging infrastructure and services
Develop and enforce messaging policies and procedures
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in messaging
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in messaging technologies
Strong knowledge of Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams
Experience leading a team of messaging professionals
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
