    Sales Coordinator

    Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

    Main Objectives:

    • Provide high-level support to the sales team.
    • Help achieve sales and marketing team targets.
    • Develop proficiency in security concepts and systems to support account managers with project design and proposals.
    • Enhance market and brand awareness.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction.

    Main Performance Indicators:

    • Cases supported annually.
    • Efficiency and accuracy of support tasks.
    • Technical knowledge.
    • Communication and coordination skills.

    Major Responsibilities:

    1. Client satisfaction.
    2. Aggressively support the sales team to achieve departmental revenue and profit targets.
    3. Prepare diagrams, quotations, change orders, and other project-related documents.
    4. Assist in preparing proposals.
    5. Conduct research and analyze market trends to improve sales results and market share.
    6. Increase exposure through sales channels.
    7. Maintain updated technical product information and market trends.
    8. Learn security technologies and concepts.
    9. Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison where necessary.

    We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field and be proficient in security concepts and systems.
