    About the Role:

    Lead Software Engineer position performs moderately full-stack development across the complete development life cycle delivering highly available cloud solutions and adding new capabilities to existing applications. Works with development teams and ensures the best practices are adhered to in areas such as unit and integration testing, CI/CD, documentation, security, and software design principals.

    This position requires an experienced engineer handles team and communications. Ability to work on individual pieces of code and solve problems including the design and program flow utilizing effective coding techniques and rigorous unit testing. In addition, the ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the ability to mentor the junior developers when needed.

    About Requirements:

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Major
    • Strong expertise in development experience using Java, J2EE and Web Services
    • Experience with Spring Boot, Micro Services, Spring MVC, Struts. Hibernate, JPA
    • Strong understanding of REST APIs
    • Prior experience on Cloud in must (preferred AWS) tools like – Databricks, Data Factory, Or Airflow.
    • Strong proficiency with data manipulation language (including but not limited to SQL and/or MySQL) including optimization techniques.
    • Experience using applicable tool sets (GIT, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
    • Expected knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Good Problem Solving and Requirement understanding skills as well as a positive attitude, ability, and desires to learn new processes and technologies.
    • Successfully implement end to end development and help with Code Reviews, Best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills, Communication, Problem Solving skills.
    • Great Presentation skills, Fluent oral and written communications skills.
    • Be a Good Mentor and shows leadership skills with profound attitude.
