    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Store Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Female Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Hyderabad. This includes managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Ability to analyze sales data and draw insights

    • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
    • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
    • Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service
    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Prepare sales and performance reports for management
