    DesignationManager Construction (Projects)Location Goa
    Purpose ofthe roleThe Manager Projects will focus onall management of constructionlogistics andprocurement verticals for the assigned projects toensureefficiency of time quality and costwith adherence to standardoperationprocedures of thecompany

    Duties& Responsibilities:
    ConstructionManagement Prepare detailed projectschedules for construction restorationandrefurbishmentprojects. To own the project implementationon site based on agreed projectschedules andspecifications from conception tocompletion. Work with senior management andother stakeholders to ensure allprojects arecompleted before schedule and of excellentquality. To help create implementation ofsystems and processes toguarantee cost andtimeline efficiencies & reporting practicesetc. To create periodic reports for variousprojects and prepare weeklyprojectssnapshots and action plan. To Coordinate andmanage Architects DesignersConsultantsPurchase & Adminpersonnel Technical Teams ContractorsVendorsSupervisorsetc. Orange and Red flag issues which willimpact progress and delivery ofproject andfind mitigations solutions to get project back ontrack. Oversee constructions across sites tomonitor compliance withbuilding and safetyregulations. Coordinate direct and driveconstruction workers and contractors.
    Foresee and resolve issues that arise from time totimeInventory & LogisticsOperations. Assist to maintain an inventorymanagement system. Coordinate with allPurchase & Admin personnel DatapersonnelContractors Vendorsetc.

    General:
    Work on continuously improving systems technologycommunicationpractices etc. to ensure costssavings highest quality and timelydeliveryfor construction inventory logisticsoperations. To handover and train themaintenance housekeeping hospitalityandadmin operations teams. Analyze manage andmitigaterisks

    SkillsRequired:
    Knowledge of business andmanagement principles. Knowledge ofconstructions technology and practicesfor

    Architecturaland Interior Projects:
    Proficiency with MSExcel Office Microsoft project andother

    Analyticaltools:
    Proficiency with AutoCAD and otherCAD Applications. Detail and performanceoriented. Analyticalskills. MIS &Reports. Excellent communicationskills. Interpersonalskills

    EducationalQualifications:
    B.E Civil Engineering / B.Arch. Additional Master in ProjectManagementor Construction Management or equivalent willbepreferred.
    Priorwork experience 8 years of experience in managing various projectswith experience inboth Architecture andInterior FitoutImplementation
    Reportingto GM ProjectsIndustry Preference RealEstate ; Conglomerates preferred but notnecessary
