Responsibilities:

•Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.

•Conduct property showings and tours for prospective buyers.

•Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

•Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve win-win outcomes for both parties.

•Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes.

•Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.

•Utilize MS Office/Google Sheets to manage client databases, leads, and transactions effectively.
