    Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, along with proficiency in managing purchase orders (PO), sales invoices (PI), E-way bills, and E-invoicing. Additionally, experience in inventory management using Tally software and the ability to finalize books are essential for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the generation and processing of purchase orders (PO) and sales invoices (PI), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain E-way bills and facilitate E-invoicing processes as per statutory requirements.
    • Utilize Tally software for efficient inventory management, including recording stock movements, maintaining stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Assist in the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
    • Assist in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all accounting practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Proficiency in using Tally software for inventory management and accounting purposes.
    • Experience in managing purchase orders, sales invoices, E-way bills, and E-invoicing.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
