This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development professional based in Sonipat, with flexibility for partial work from home.
The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities include market research and analysis, creating business expansion strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing proposals and presentations to win new clients.
The Business Development professional will also monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain an updated knowledge of industry developments.
QualificationsProficiency in Market Research, Analysis, and Business Expansion Strategy Development
Strong Networking and Relationship Management skills to build and maintain client partnerships
Experience with Proposal Writing, Presentations, and Sales Pitch Development
Excellent Communication, Negotiation Skills, and Interpersonal Abilities
Self-motivated with problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in IT or technology sectors, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment
