    Description
    • Developand implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of theHindicurriculum.
    • Prepareengaging and interactive teaching materials including visual aidshandouts and otherresources.
    • Createa positive and inclusive learning environment that encouragesstudent participation and promotes activelearning.
    • Assessstudent learning through quizzes tests assignments and other formsofevaluation.
    • Provideconstructive feedback to students to support their academicprogress and personalgrowth.
    • Collaboratewith colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects andactivities.
    • Communicateregularly with parents/guardians to update them on their childsprogress and address anyconcerns.
    • Participatein professional development activities to stay updated on bestpractices in Hindi language teaching andpedagogy.
    • Serveas a mentor and role model for students demonstratingprofessionalism integrity and respect fordiversity.
    Requirements
    • Bachelorsdegree in Hindi Education or a related field (Masters degreepreferred).
    • Teachercertification or licensure as required by the state orcountry.
    • Previousexperience teaching Hindi language and literature at the secondarylevel.
    • Strongknowledge of the Hindi curriculum and assessmentpractices.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Abilityto differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverselearners.
    • Proficiencyin integrating technology into teaching andlearning.
    • Passionfor teaching and a commitment to studentsuccess.
    • Handlingfor 1 5Classes
