- 2–4 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, client servicing, or event management.
- Proven experience in
high-ticket value sales
or consultative selling. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable speaking to CXOs, brides, families, and marketing teams alike.
- A natural hustler—someone proactive, persuasive, and driven by outcomes.
- Comfortable working with CRMs (like Pipedrive), spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
