Position: Staff System Engineer-IRM

Location: Bengaluru-Manyata

Responsibilities

As a Staff System Engineer-IRM,

Core Skills (emphasis on Design):

• Requirement for the applicant to play a crucial role in designing Risk and Compliance processes across large Enterprises. The responsibility spans technical and strategic aspects requiring in-depth knowledge of IRM Principles and ServiceNow Functionality
• Work closely with Enterprise Risk Team, ServiceNow Platform Team and other Stakeholders associated with the Processes starting from Requirements Gathering, translating the requirements to Technical Solutions, addressing stakeholder concerns
• Translate Business requirements to User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
• Conduct Discovery Workshops and sessions for gap assessment and advocate on IRM best practices and Design Principles
• Help define Strategy and Roadmap based on the Current implementation of IRM
• Strong experience in Integration including experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP and sound knowledge across Cloud Services
• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
• Strong understanding on SDLC Process including Release Management, Deployment across complex Environments

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of GRC Principles and Frameworks like CPS 230
• Ability to implement IRM Processes on a ServiceNow Platform including Policy and Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management, Advanced Risk Assessment
• Strong technical experience in integrating with External Systems – via REST API's, Kafka Event Streams and other Integration technologies
• Design and develop enhancements for the existing GRC, and help fix issues or defects which arise in the production environment
• Proven experience with IRM implementation for Financial Services Organizations
