    About the Role:

    • Maintain and repair mobile software and hardware
    • Collaborate with regional teams to review and manage service operation procedures and warranty policies

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices
    • Repair or replace defective parts as needed
    • Review and implement new service operation procedures

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Mobile Software Professional and Mobile Hardware Professional, ITI/Diploma/Certificate course in mobile handset repair
    • Work experience of 1-2 years in a service center
