What you will be doing?

next picasso.

• You will be a part of creating a global
brand which is there in the top 3 brands
of the world (Why Not?) Since we are
into e-commerce of energy, the need for
energy will never vanish. And it is our
dream to create a brand where we stand
for something larger than ourselves.

• You will be writing a story, research
papers, energy world updates, and
communicate through your content who
we are and what we do

• You will be working closely with the
Brand and Marketing head. Where
you will be a part of the strategic
meetings where you are expected to take the brief of the
campaigns/creatives/stories, visualize and deliver the communication which our audience
will connect with
And Last

• You will be changing the world and showing your magic (We know this for sure)

Your unconditional respoinsibilities (No conditions because it means doing whatever it takes)

• Communication driven through blogs. E-book. Email newsletters. Culture stories. How to guides. Magazine features. Newspaper articles. Webpages. Scripts for videos. Culture
books. Team stories. And all the current happenings in the organization to be
communicated to the world

• Taking care of all the communications /brand language and tone that goes out on our
digital assets or physical.

• Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar

• Ensure monthly calendars, detailed communication strategy from the briefs for the
campaigns

• Collaborate with our internal teams to manage the planning, creation, and delivery of
original content on various platforms.

• Remembering that the best creatives are always the ones which helps in selling the
product/Service because "if your copy doesn't't sell, it is not creative" (of course someone
said it before us)

• Constantly working on the Brand image building and communicating to the world who
we are and what we stand for, consistently. (YES It's not a one-time work)

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

• Working with the design team to getting your copy to life and taking regular feedbacks
from the brand head

What will you need?

• 4+ years as a leader of writer's team, preferably in the fields of marketing and brand
campaigns

• An efficient administrator: Excellent team management/team recruiting abilities (if you
need team members)

• Planning and scheduling your work, structured working style (As creativity without
structure is a mess). We love sincere artists

• A good psychologist who knows what people(team/customers) think and want.

• Willing and able to set high standards and a Mastery over execution (Ideas without action
and execution are a delusion)

• Capable of strategic thinking ' –positioning 'and all that. The ability to think creatively and
provide a solution through copies

• Research-minded: researching the new trends in the design world and how to
communicate effectively through design

• A good teacher, leader and a good recruiter. (you will have to build your team of Picasso's)

• A good presenter. Your communication skills should not only be good but it should cast a
spell on people. Because we would love to see your conviction in your designs and your
storytelling skills through your designs

• Your mindset and ability to agile and adapt to change as we are a startup who is on the way
to change the world.

• Obsessive curiosity about products, people and brand building.

• A sense of humor and carrying enthusiasm to work, everyday

• A hard worker – and fast (yes we believe in giving everything we have and also meeting
our deadlines)

• The passion and ambition to come up with out of the box ideas.
