Job Summary:
We areseeking a talented and experienced Structure Design Engineer tojoin our dynamic team.
The successfulcandidate will be responsible for designing waterretaining structures solar structures andensuring compliance with industry standardsand contributing to the successful implementation of water supplyand solar energy projects.
Responsibilities:
1.
Structural Design:
Design and analyse water retaining structures and solar supportstructures taking into consideration factorssuch as wind loads snow loads and seismicconditions.
Waterretaining structures like OHSR CWR etc. Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailedstructural drawings and specifications.2.Material Selection:
Work closely with procurement teams toidentify and select appropriate materialsfor solar support structures. Ensure thatmaterials meet industry standards including relevant IS codes andproject specifications.3.
Innovation and Optimization:
Explore innovative design solutions andoptimization techniques to enhance theefficiency and costeffectiveness of structures. Stay abreast of industry trends andincorporate the latest technologies intodesign processes.4.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managerselectrical engineers and construction teamsto integrate solar structure designs intooverall project plans. Provide technical expertise and supportduring the construction and installationphases of structures. 5.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures toensure the structural integrity anddurability of structures. Conduct regular inspections and audits toverify compliance with designspecifications.6.
Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive design documentation including structuralcalculations drawings and specifications. Maintain accurate records of design changesproject updates and communication withstakeholders. 7.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil EngineeringStructural Engineering or a related field. Proven experiencein structural design with a focus on water andsolar. Proficiency in structural analysis softwareand AutoCAD. 8.
