Description

• Performregular onsite visits to assess and ensure the proper functioningof charging hub locations.
• Identify and reportany technical issues or malfunctions to the teamimmediately.
• Oversee the operation andmaintenance of charging infrastructure to guarantee uninterruptedservice.
• Work closely with the operations teamto troubleshoot operational challenges and develop strategies toenhance operational efficiency.
• Participate inthe continuous improvement of processes and procedures related tocharging infrastructure management.
• Ensurecompliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements at allcharging hub locations.
• Onboard fleet driversto use our chargingsolution.

• Provenexperience in the operation and maintenance of electrical systemspreferably in EV charginginfrastructure.
• Strong technicaltroubleshooting and problemsolvingskills.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effectively onboarding and training fleetdrivers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in ateamoriented environment to address operational issues and improveservice delivery.
• Familiarity with safetyregulations and standards applicable to electrical and chargingsystems.
• Competency in using technology toolsand software for reporting and communicationpurposes.
• Flexibility to travel to differentcharging hub locations as required.
• Abackground in electrical engineering renewable energy or a relatedfield ispreferred.
