    Job Purpose


    The role requires Managing, Monitoring & Mentoring a team of Front line Sales Officers involved in sourcing savings/current accounts in a defined branch catchment of the Bank.

    It will require scaling up the retail branch banking franchise to achieve liability Nos & Value targets assigned for the branch.

    Person is accountable to ensure expansion of branch foot print, product penetration and delivery of high quality customer engagement with the target segment .

    It will also involve execution of Bank's strategies and business deliverables in the assigned geography.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    1) Recruit of Sales Officers to ensure Optimum level in the branch2) Mentor a team of Front line Sales officers & control attrition to ensure delivery of businesstargets3) Impart training of product , process and other hygiene deliverables to team members4) Monitor daily sales targets to ensure acquisition process in compliance of policies of theBank5) Conduct programs to keep team motivation high to meet organisation objectives6) Work closely with the branch personnel to maintain a conducive atmosphere for team work7) Responsible for timely resolution of customer queries to enable an experience of delight tothe customers8) Monitor the growth and execution as per the defined business plan9) Identify leads for an acquisition of other cross sell potential available in the customersegments10) Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and makenecessary improvements
