    Job Description:

    As a Sales Manager at Enterprise Analytic, you will lead and drive the sales efforts of our billing and accounting software in the Mumbai region. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to the growth of our company while helping businesses transform their financial management processes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the Mumbai region.
    2. Identify and engage with potential customers, understand their business requirements, and present how our billing and accounting software can meet their needs effectively.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a deep understanding of their industries and challenges.
    4. Lead the sales team in generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
    5. Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
    6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related information to senior management.
    7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our software solutions in the market.
    8. Mentor and coach the sales team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to maximize their performance and professional growth.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the billing and accounting domain, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
    2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performing sales team.
    3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
    4. Deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
    5. Technical aptitude to understand software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
    6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
