Loan Servicing Team Lead (Night Shift) - Chennai (B3)

Location: Chennai (CDC-5, Sholinganallur)

Shift: US Night Shift (7.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST)

Work Model: Full-time Office (No WFH)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage a team of 10-15 members handling various loan servicing functions. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient team operations, meeting client KPIs, and driving a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team across loan servicing, assignment monitoring, audits, and more.
• Prioritize funding requests, interest/fees, and client escalations.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement reporting mechanisms.
• Manage shift allocation and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee process adherence, maintain documentation, and implement changes as needed.
• Analyze team performance data and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Foster a positive team culture through engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of team leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a loan servicing or similar team.
• Strong understanding of loan syndication products and processes (Loan IQ a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
