    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Bistro Brain Hospitality Services LLP located in Srinagar. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in food service, ensuring adherence to service standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.

    Qualifications
    • Supervisory Skills and Service Standards
    • Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
    • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
    • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
