This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in various locations in Idukki& Malappuram, Kerala. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, customer service, team management, and achieving branch targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing branch activities, promoting and selling insurance products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a team of employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering excellent customer experiences.

CTC-11.5 Lakhs/Year.

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience in team management and development
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant certifications in insurance or leadership would be beneficial
