    Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales

    Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 61

    Job Description:

    1. Building, shaping, and communicating the firms values and culture; demonstrating integrity, personal responsibility, initiative, and the ability to energize, persuade or influence others.
    2. Overlooking the sales process, handling negotiation, and closing.
    3. Knowledge in Primary Sales (Luxury property sales) market for Gurgaon market.
    4. Researching prospects and generating leads.
    5. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
    6. Help reduce the turnaround time for closing the deals.
    7. Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
    8. Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
    9. Generating new business development through creative marketing, product or client development, prospecting, qualifying, and prioritizing new client relationships.
    10. Internal - Promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and generate a one firm culture.
    11. External- building trust and gaining respect, and providing superior client service through listening to clients, anticipating their needs, delivering the value they expect and supporting their long-term success.
    12. Participating in sales team meetings.
    13. Build referrals & lead generation network.

    Skills Required:

    1. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    2. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
    3. Initiative and enterprise.
    4. To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
    5. Real Estate experience in luxury property sales in mandate.
