- Formulate formal Programme/Project framework, methodology, kickoff agenda, strategy, objective, communication pattern, milestones, documents, and status reporting pattern & frequency etc.
- Liaison with multiple project stakeholders on regular basis. Set the expectations right between various stakeholders as well as the customers.
- Ensure proper quality standards & other statutory requirements are met during project execution.
- Ensure technical issues raised by the customers during the UAT stage or after golive are resolved within the acceptable timelines. Escalate if there is a bug and it cannot be resolved by the Implementation team. Engage L2 Support/QA/Products team to resolve issues. Work closely with the implementation team and act as a bridge between onsite and offsite teams.
- Create project documents like SoW, MS Project plan, Issue tracking sheet, CR forms,
- Highlight deviations, delays, liabilities, dependencies, risk elements, scope creep etc. and bring all the stakeholders on the same page.
- Complete the project within agreed timeframe and within budget.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to all the resources involved in the project. Track milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
- Coach, mentor & motivate the resources and extend all possible support to them. Chalkout a plan to handle contingency.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project. Conduct/Attend Project governance meetings with the customers.
- Track changes in the signed requirements and update all stakeholders to seek approval.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams on escalated matters respectively. Verify and improve customer satisfaction level [CSAT].
- Prepare reports required to do management reporting.
- Demonstrate good communication standard while interacting with customers.
- Define the provisional acceptance and final acceptance procedures.
- Manage to get issues resolved as arising in the existing project through personal interventions. Guide resources or escalate issues to the management level on need felt basis.
- Hands on technical experience with multiple web development technologies, good understanding of multiple databases and Agile practices
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with 4 years in Project Management.
- Experience in managing and delivering projects in BFSI domain.
- Experience of issue tracking software such as Jira/Bugzilla/Mantis/Remedy would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of business & technology operations.
- High proficiency level in Microsoft Project Management tool.
- PMP/Prince 2 Certification will be added advantage
- Customer and Project Management skills.
- Equipped with problem solving techniques.
- Ability to do multitasking.
