Job summary
The Client Relationship Officer – B2B (Dealer Channel) is responsible for building managing and strengthening relationships with Apple dealer partners in the Malappuram region.This position is well-suited for MBA freshers aiming to build a long-term career in channel relationship management and B2B sales operations with a premium global brand like Apple.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening relationships with assigned Apple dealer accounts communicating company schemes offers pricing changes and policy updates to dealers ensuring product availability correct assortment and brand compliance at dealer points conducting regular dealer visits to review performance and resolve operational issues coordinating with internal teams for order processing billing stock movement and after-sales support monitoring dealer-wise sales stock levels and outstanding follow-ups collecting reporting market intelligence competitor activity maintaining accurate dealer visit reports relationship logs sales data etc.

- Clear verbal written communication ability
- Brief understanding of B2B/channel sales concepts.
