    Role -Inside sales, appointment setting, and lead generationSupport US/International BD team in revenue enablement and prospect outreachTele-calling and outbound support

    Location -Mumbai – Hybrid workWork Timings - 4 Pm – 1 AM (India Time)Reports To - BU Head/MarketingWorking Days - 5 Days

    Responsibilities -Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

    Closely work with Sales teams to set up appointments with the intended audience including buyers and influencers (CXO, VP, Directors)Make inroads into dormant or wish list accounts by scheduling appointments or demos for sales teams and aiding the sales journey.

    Communicating with prospects and potentials customers over the phone, via emails, and LinkedInTarget-based role- Should generate 8-10 qualified appointments/leads on a monthly basis depending on products / industry / geographyWill be required to make intelligent calls and convert the initial conversation into meetings with CxOs and intended audiences.

    Handling incoming queries, ensuring lead qualification criteria are met, complying with deadlines and targetsTrack, update, and maintain the CRM for a comprehensive view of lead-revenue cycleProvide regular sales forecasts and reports to executive managementReporting and MIS.

    Keeping a detailed log of daily calls vs conversionsEffectively contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth


    Qualifications -6-8 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting only in international market (largely US)Experience working with the demand generation teams in SaaS, Enterprise tech, or lead-generation outsourcing companies.

    Prior exposure to selling Fintech and BFSI will be a big plus.
    Experience with email marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation, contact data management, reporting, etc.
    Understands what MQLs, SQLs, SALs, etc with excellent prospecting and qualifying skillsMinimum graduation. MBAs are preferred.
    Highly refined communication skills; written and spoken.
