    About the Job:

    Birlasoft is seeking a seasoned HCM Functional Lead with a strong background in Core HR and Absence systems to join our team.

    Title: HCM Functional Lead – Core HR & Absence

    Location:Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

    Educational Background:Any Graduation

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Functional Expertise in Core HR and Absence
    • Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams.
    • Good to have exposure for Canada and US legislation.
    • Completed at least 3 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects.
    • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
    • Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
    • Configure and test the applications as per business requirement.
    • Provide functional guidance to technical team.
    • Good functional (process) knowledge in the above area(s) of work.
    • Certified as an Oracle Implementations.
    • Documents and follows-up product improvement requests made by the client and the report of anomalies.
    • Demonstrates experience and expertise in designing and executing tests and implementation and in internal communications and senior management as well as the ability to work autonomously.
    • Makes suggestions and shares knowledge with others towards optimizing the implementation methodology.
    • Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
    • Consistently provide clear and concise status reporting to the project management team
    • Guides and documents processes and relevant requirements and obtains acceptance to ensure the client aligns with the proposed solution.
    • Supports implementation of the technical and functional part of the work.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Skills Required

    • Must have 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM product lines.
    • Completed 3 full life cycle implementation of HCM implementation end-to-end
    • Extensive experience in any HCM applications.

    Additional Requirements

    • This role may require occasional travel for system implementation, training, and professional development opportunities.
    • Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed for system upgrades and support.
